Set during World War II, American intelligence officer Max meets French Resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour, while stationed behind enemy lines on a live threatening mission. After the mission is over the two are reunited in London, where they get married and have a child. Their relationship and lives are threatened when Marianne is accused of being a sleeper spy for the Germans. Allied is a true story about a romantic thriller, also, Brad Pitt is the main character.
