
On Oct. 31, the Warriors played and lost to the Round Rock Dragons in an away game at Dragon Stadium.
The Warriors started the game quickly, nearly scoring a touchdown within the first four minutes of the first quarter. Westwood soon scored their first touchdown at the 7:43 mark. The Dragons followed up with a touchdown at the 4:47 mark, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.
By the beginning of half-time, the Warriors were 7-24 against the Dragons. Following a performance by the Warrior band and the crowning of Round Rock’s Homecoming Queen and King, the Warriors fought their way through quarter three, ending with a score of 7-44.
Despite the Warriors’ strong efforts to win, the last quarter flew by with the Warriors losing 7-51.
The Warriors’ final game of the season will be held on Nov. 7 against the Cedar Ridge Raiders at Dragon Stadium.
