Fans in the Washington D.C. area had a surprise start to their week with boy band VIXX and soloist Roy Kim taking the stage at the Global Citizen Earth Day 2015 concert on April 18. The two artists were in a star-studded lineup that included Usher, Fall Out Boy, Train, and Mary J Blige. After the performance, VIXX got an opportunity to give a signed CD to Usher and posted a confirmation shot on a member’s Twitter.

Back in Korea, a few groups teased their upcoming comebacks. Bangtan Boys (BTS) diverged from their usual tough-guy image in their concept photos of “Mood For Love”, featuring the members surrounded by foliage and dressed in soft colors. Big Bang ramped up hype for their long-awaited comeback with a theatrical trailer for their tour titled “Made”. In addition, member T.O.P joined Instagram, being the fourth of the five members to do so. Fans can peruse his feed for behind-the-scenes photos and also, strangely enough, various shots of furniture.

In terms of new releases for the week, WM Entertainment debuted their new girl group Oh My Girl with the song “Cupid”. Oh My Girl joined the music scene with a fresh and upbeat track that offers a different sound than that of male labelmate B1A4, who recently celebrated their four-year anniversary. Togeworl member Lim Kim made another solo comeback with “Awoo”, written by popular producer Primary. Although Lim Kim’s unique vocals go unchanged, she premiered a new blonde hairstyle.

Additionally, on April 23, several boy groups unveiled new music videos. Among them were Korean-Chinese group UNIQ with “EOEO”, HOTSHOT with “Watch Out”, and MR.MR – who recently revealed two new members after Ryu left the group – with “Out”.

Aside from new music, many SNSD fans were feeling bittersweet this week after member Yuri was revealed to be dating baseball player Oh Seung Hwan. SM Entertainment confirmed the relationship after it was revealed on news outlet Sunday News. Photos of the couple on several dates were also made public.

Finally, in honor of the new Teens React episode featuring EXO’s “Call Me Baby”, the Kpop JAAM team found six people and had them to react to Block B’s “Nillili Mambo”. Check out the video below!
