Student-Athletes Sign Letters of Intent at National Signing Day

On Wednesday, Feb. 5, graduating student athletes and their supporting families, coaches, and teams filled the Field House for National Signing Day, celebrating the end to an extensive recruiting process and the culmination of the efforts, achievements, and commitment over the past four years. 

“Most of these athletes signed earlier in the year but today we recognize all of our soon to be student athletes,” coach Anthony Wood said. 

Nine Warriors from five respective sports signed letters of intent, committing to the next step of their athletic journeys: playing at the collegiate level. The following students have made their decisions official: 

 

TENNIS

Kiana Graham – Southern Methodist University 

Gaurav Singh – Washington University in St. Louis 

 

VOLLEYBALL

Maddie Gillespie – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor 

Zoe Menendez – The University of Incarnate Word 

Audrey Quesnel – Northwestern State University

Danny Lackowski – Colorado School of Mines 

 

BASEBALL

Peter Dyar – The University of Texas at Dallas 

 

SWIM AND DIVE 

Emma Greene – Rollins College 

Caleb Farris – American University
