K-Pop Club Performs in Meridiem Music Marathon

On Saturday, July 14, K-Pop Club participated in a 10-hour music marathon at HMart hosted by Eunice Lee, a sophomore at Northwestern University. As a part of the Together We Rise non-profit organization, the marathon was created in efforts to raise awareness and funds for the reunification of foster children with their siblings at DisneyLand.

Symphony Orchestra and Choir Deliver Breathtaking Performance of Classical Works

Standing beside the Cheshire Cat, Alice (portrayed by Prishaa Vishwakarma '27) asks for advice on how to navigate Wonderland. The Cheshire Cat was represented by a three-part puppet, designed by technician Dominik Brown '26. "I wanted it to be scary, because in most media he has that creepy smile, and I wanted that but kind of like an angler fish," Brown said.

On Monday, Nov. 18, 43 Westwood Students auditioned for the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Region 26 full orchestra. Out of the students who auditioned, 16 made the orchestra.

Band Concludes Season With ‘Timeless’ Performance

Arms outstretched, the tenor and bass sections of the choir perform "Bonk' Abaphandle," the final piece performed exclusively by Westwood singers. The song's theme of welcoming was designed to serve as a welcome to "The Tribe" for younger learning communities.
