National Merit Semifinalists Recognized for Achievements
This year, 78 students were recognized as National Merit Semifinalists. With over 10% of the senior class qualifying, Westwood had the largest number of semifinalists in the state of Texas. Although the students were unable to attend the usual breakfast ceremony due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they received a yard sign to display their achievements.
