Being like this, we can joke around in the dug out, but when we get on the field it gets serious and we focus up, it’s awesome.”

Members of the team not only expressed pride in the way their team played, but also how they played individuScreen Shot 2016-03-24 at 11.43.35 AMally and reflected on how they should improve.

“I played pretty well. I had one at bat, and I got a double to score out last run. I think in order to play better that game, I should’ve practiced more the days prior to and maybe I would have played more,” Andrew Dyar ‘18 said.

Many baseball players have superstitions that they believe impact their game.

“I wear the same socks, undershirt, underwear, and shoes, all of which I only wash occasionally,” said Nicky Manasso ‘18. “Also, before I pitch, I stand behind the mound and pray for a little bit, then I throw.”

The next game will be held at Rouse on Mar. 24.
