“Most of the bassists who made All Region last year graduated or switched regions, so I have no idea about my competition. I’m used to knowing the majority of the bassists who make it, and this year I don’t think that will be the case. However, I’m still excited for the audition! I’ve prepared intensely since the day the excerpts were released, and I just know that I am ready for the audition.”
