Organized by the National Honor Society (NHS), the fourth annual Warrior Fest took place on Friday, May 26 after school. The yearly fundraiser’s proceeds go toward the Thirst Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building freshwater wells in developing nations.

A variety of attractions were available, with performances from the Chinese yo-yo club, dancers, and singers. Club booths provided fun activities for attendees, including a baguette toss from the French club and cute knitted toys from the Knitting club. Student-teacher competition was encouraged with the decathlon, and a dunking booth allowed students an attempt at dunking their teachers.

A goal of $10,000 was set and surpassed, as the event raised a total of $11,457.68 — well over enough to build a well in an impoverished community.
