JMBLYA Music Festival to Return to Austin for Sixth Year
The sixth annual JMBLYA music festival will be returning to Austin on May 5 at the Circuit of the Americas facility. This three-day Texas tour will makes its first stop in Dallas on May 4, as well as an extended stop in Houston on May 6, for the first time since 2013.
With its focus mainly on hip-hop music, the festival will be stacked to the brim with some of the most popular artists of the year, including female rapper and icon Cardi B, Migos, Kevin Gates, Playboi Carti, and many others who will be performing. The show will also feature exciting up-and-coming acts, such as Austin local rapper Trae Tha Truth, and DJ Mr. Rogers.
In order to provide a safe and fun experience for everyone, JMBLYA will be adding some notable necessities to all of the 2018 shows. Due to their new partnership with Event Water Solutions, expanded water filling stations will be provided to everyone with an unlimited amount of free water. There will even be 125-gallon water tanks at the front of the festival to ensure everyone stays hydrated and healthy. As the VIP and General Admission areas will be in different spaces, both will be adding a variety of new food vendors to choose from. The bars will also be offering more, but as this is an all-ages event, the bars will also provide nonalcoholic beverages. More shading areas will also be added to protect everyone from the Texas heat.
JMBLYA will be once again hosted by ScoreMore Shows, a promotional organization in charge of many events in cities such as Nashville and Oklahoma City. As other years, general admission, as well as premium VIP packages are readily available for purchase. The VIP packages will provide upgrades such as a VIP viewing area, air-conditioned bathrooms, and other complimentary amenities.
General admission tickets are still available for purchase to attend JMBLYA on May 5.
