Smiling from ear to ear, Sadie Gage '28 preps a pirouette. Dancers practiced for months and months since the beginning of the school year for this show, guaranteeing a memorable performance for all.

Dancing With Their Stars: Westwood Learning Community Sparkles on Stage at Annual Intersection

Looking out from the back of their section bus, clarinet players in the Warrior Marching Band sit together in conversation. Just before heading to warm up, students were required to return to the buses to wait out an incoming storm, delaying their finals performance.

Band Continues to Soar at UIL Area Contest

Standing in a forced arch position, clarinet players Maxwell Fullerton '27 and John Magdaleno '28 complete their choreography. Often throughout the show, students must perform choreography and play music simultaneously.

With arms around each other, mellophone players discuss their upcoming performance together. Before every competition performance, band students circle up in instrument sections to encourage each other and participate in longstanding traditions.
