Hello! My name is Akash Thakkar and I am one of the 2015-2016 photo editors. Photography is a passion of mine and the path I take to pursue it is constantly changing. What started as a cross between my interest in wildlife and my love for travel when I was seven, developed into a profound aspect of my life. However my focus has only recently shifted from nature to more social and documentarian subjects. Other than photography, I am trying to get into rock climbing just because I view it convenient being able to get over things. I’m also in IB which is fun and I think that’s an important part to my “life”.
