Westwood’s Library is hosting Teen Tech Week March 31 to April 4, including the #warriorcode event. Students of all skill levels are invited to the #warriorcode event, where they can use their skills to write various applications and present them at the end of the week.
Students may work either individually or as groups to create an application or script throughout the week, presenting their solution to the problem at the end of the week to receive various prizes.
Prizes include gift cards from Amazon, iTunes, Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, Torchy’s, Starbucks, and Which Wich, as well as free drinks from Java City.
Other events that are a part of Teen Tech Week include a bingo game with a shedload of activities through which students can win prizes.
Interested students are encouraged to check the library’s website or talk to any of the librarians for more information about participating.
