  • Looking for an opening in the Chap’s defense, Sam Newlin ’22 runs with the ball downfield. Newlin would score numerous goals throughout the game aiding in the Lady Warriors’ win 16-5.

  • Running around opposing defenders, Ina Myllykoski ’20 looks for an opening in attempt to make a shot. Myllykoski would take the shot, but missed.

  • Running with the ball, Sarah Poppe ’22 looks for an open teammate to make a pass to against Westlake. With last year’s lacrosse season heavily shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the “Try It” clinic provided newfound enthusiasm for the team heading into the upcoming season.

  • With an opposing defender on her side, Laura Moravec ’22 attempts to keep possession of the ball. Despite the Chaps gaining possession of the ball, the Lady Warriors would keep their strong lead throughout the game.

  • Running, Sam Newlin ’22 catches the ball from a pass from her teammate. Newlin would score numerous goals throughout the game.

  • After receiving a pass from a teammate, Savannah Kipperman ’21 runs with the ball. Kipperman would advance the ball downfield and make a pass to a teammate.

  • After receiving the ball from a teammate, Sarah Ramsey ’20 runs downfield with the ball. Ramsey would make a pass to a teammate to set up a shot.
