Although seemingly benign, this spreads the narrative that queer people's role in society will never be valued as much as their heterosexual counterpart as their lives are meant to end in tragedy.

Sofia Isella's newest single 'Dog's Dinner' released on Monday, Jan. 27 and captured the experience under the patriarchy perfectly. Her haunting lyrics and eerie production demonstrate the gender roles placed upon those in romantic relationships. Perfectly encompassing how women feel in the current political climate, 'Dog's Dinner' is another beautifully accurate track from Isella.

Standing beside the Cheshire Cat, Alice (portrayed by Prishaa Vishwakarma '27) asks for advice on how to navigate Wonderland. The Cheshire Cat was represented by a three-part puppet, designed by technician Dominik Brown '26. "I wanted it to be scary, because in most media he has that creepy smile, and I wanted that but kind of like an angler fish," Brown said.
