GALLERY: Middle Schoolers Welcomed to Campus at 8th Grade Day

  • Performing a hip-hop routine, SunDancers Ella Popps ’25 and Parker Peeples ’25 energize their audience. Performances from the SunDancers and Cheer team welcomed 8th graders to the school.

Working together, Rithwik Nair ’28, Ethan Broadbent ’25, Aayu Yadav ’25, and Shrika Prakash ’26 hold up a part of the robot while making repairs. Yadav and Broadbent spent lots of time mentoring Prakash and Nair in preparation for future seasons, to ensure the team remains sustainable and strong longer after the current seniors graduate.

Reminiscing from her memories as a young child, Sydney Daigle '26 smiles at her artwork, proud of her finished piece. Daigle utilized a contrast between graphite for the child and oil pastels for the background to capture a nostalgic aesthetic. "I wanted to portray in my message that you can easily forget those [childhood] memories, so I used color to symbolize those memories always being preserved in you," Daigle said.
