I’ve always pursued creative expression in my day-to-day life, whether it be painting, photography, or music. Although writing has never been my strong point, it’s grown to be one of my favorite creative outlets, which is why I’m excited to be working on Student Press this year. When I’m not staring at my homework in a daze, I also enjoy listening to music, particularly indie pop, and reading.

Beaming at their audience, Warrior Pride hits a power stance during their jazz routine. Pride members worked hard on their stage presence and facials in preparation for the performance. Walking on the dance floor, I am just excited and happy to be here, Alicia Kanazawa de Figueiredo 25 said. Once the music starts playing I put everything out there and just have lots of fun dancing.
