Class of 2021 Attend Fish Bowl and Pep Rally
New freshmen were welcomed into the Westwood community at the annual Fish Bowl, held on Friday, August 18. Following a club fair where organizations promoted themselves and tried to recruit new members, freshmen attended the Meet the Warrior pep rally to encourage school spirit.
“I signed up for a lot of clubs like SkillsUSA, HOSA, DECA and I kind of met up with friends that I couldn’t see over the summer,” Minshin Kim ‘21 said. “I got a feel of what to expect at Westwood.”
Overall, students, staff, and volunteers worked together to ease freshman stress and provide a great start to the new year at Fish Bowl.
