StuCo to Create Wall of Love Banner for Parkland, Florida Students
Student Council (StuCo) made a morning announcement on Thursday, Feb. 22 to make known Westwood’s support for the students of Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. StuCo also asked students to participate in creating a banner for the Wall of Love.
The Wall of Love is a collaboration of high schools across the country. Banners will be hung in Stoneman Douglas High School to support the students who will return to school on Monday, Feb. 26. Students are encouraged to sign the banner on all lunches on Thursday, Feb. 22 and Friday, Feb. 23 so that Student Council can send it to Florida after school on Thursday to be added to the Wall of Love.
