Kaybee Beggs ’21 defends Maverick by pushing her towards the sideline, forcing her to make a bad pass. The pass was incomplete, causing the ball to fall, giving the Warriors possession.

Bridgette Moravec ’24 scoops up the ground ball after a missed shot by the Mavericks. The previous shot was saved by goalie Makhia Elliot ’21.

Sarah Poppe ’22 runs the ball down to the attacker side. She then made a pass to Laura Moravec ’22 who cut to make a shot at the cage.

Makhia Elliot ’21 amazingly saves a shot made by a Maverick as she ran back into the goalie circle. She had previously made a clear near the 20-yard line when the opposing team intercepted the clear, and Elliot ran back just in time to save the goal.

Attacker Sarah Poppe ’22 looks for open pass as the Maverick defense double teams her. She made a complete pass to midfielder Sam Newlin ’22, who settled the ball at the top.
