The Horizon Staff is proud to present their brand new podcast titled, The On-Air Vent.The podcast features Assistant Editor-in-Chief Shreya Dasari, Content Aggregator Jarod Janner, and Staff Writer Simone Heim. In its weekly episodes, the trio will discuss topics ranging from their own personal experiences to common dilemmas faced by high school students, among many other topics including news and controversies.

“I think it’s a good way to convey information aside from the newspaper,” Heim said, “We also work really hard on the podcast, so it means a lot to us that people finally get the chance to hear it. All of us are new to doing something like this, so we’re still getting used to the process.”

The staff hopes that people will listen to The On-Air Vent for all of their news and entertainment needs.

“It’s something to listen to while working or driving. We enjoy being able to discuss things openly and we have a great time while doing it which usually results in hilarious banter,” Janner said.
