FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) will kick off their first meeting of the year on Sept. 7 in the Great Room. The morning meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m., while the afternoon will begin at 4:30 p.m

“I’m really looking forward to all of the new freshmen and members learning more about the club and what we do at the meeting, ” FBLA Stuco Rep Shrishti Mahajan ’25 said.

Similar to organizations like DECA and HOSA, FBLA provides students with the opportunity to compete in events in the realm of business. Westwood’s FBLA chapter has seen a record high number of signups this year with over 260 interested high schoolers. More information regarding meeting dates and event guidelines can be found on the FBLA website.
