Varsity Softball Dominates Against Mavericks 10-0
On Friday, April 4, the varsity softball team competed against the McNeil Mavericks and won 10-0. This week was also the teacher appreciation game for the Warriors. Every year, the team does something special for their teachers. This year, they gave prizes and set up a bounce house for the teachers’ children.
“It really gives us a good opportunity to show our gratitude for all of our teachers,” Kylie Wardlow ‘23 said. “I’m really glad we are given this opportunity, I feel it really helps the team too.”
The softball team competed in their last game on Friday, April 14, at Vandegrift at won 4-1. The team will continue to prepare for next season during post and pre-season.
